Its the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilate’s workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Boxercise

A high intensity cardio boxing class giving you a whole body workout. Incorporates jabs, corsses, uppercuts, hooks, knees, kicks and core strength. Helps: increase fitness, core stability, weight loss and tone.

KickBox Blast

A 60 minute beginner to high intensity cardio, conditioning and strength workout – utilising pads, gloves and shields. This class works the whole body using kickboxing combos and karate elements whilst challenging the core muscles giving you a total workout – FAST.

Lesmills Grit Strength

A 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super-fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.

Warrior Workout

A 60 minute moderate to high intensity workout designed to strengthen and condition the mind as well as the body. Lower options offered to new beginners.

Xtreme Abs

A strength and toning, abdominal and back workout that purely focuses on core strength. The 30 minutes class improves posture, stability, balance, functionality and personal appearance. If you want stronger, leaner and better looking abs then this is the class for you!

Cardio/Step

A class for beginner to intermediate level participants. A combination of low impact moves and step reebok. These latest exercise techniques ensures fat burning and muscular toning qualities as well as cardiovascular benefits.

X-Fitness

A workout with Strength, Cardio & Intensity, a blast that gets you ripped fast. Physical training that combines high intensity work, alternated with periods of rest or low activity. This class increases fitness and targets maximum fat loss using weights, barbells, boxing pads and steps.

Body Sculpt

Two different classes in one. the smaller component is a Body Awareness Program which works on the deep core stability muscles to reduce back pain, improve posture, strengthen weak areas and increases mobility of the joints. Whilst Body Sculpt is A Total Body Shaping and Muscle Conditioning Workout, Focusing intensely on hips, butts, thighs, back and abs (stomachs), using rubberised bands, V-toners and hand weights. There is NO RUNNING OR JUMPING, Suitable For Everyone.

Lesmills BodyPump

The fastest way in the universe to change your body shape. This class works all major muscle groups of your body, using adjustable barbells to target and tone. It also increases your lean muscle mass so your burn more calories 24 hours a day!

Cross Training

Intense and functional movement cross training sessions using a wide variety of techniques that combine cardiovascular, strength and incorporates rowers, cardio equipment, core bags, medicine/kettle balls, ropes, large tyres, and boxing equipment.

Stretch Release

A combination of Stretching, Pilates, and Yoga. This class improves flexibility, posture, muscle tone, core strength, and aids in the recovery of tired muscles.

Functional60 

A FUNCTIONAL workout that trains all your muscles to work together to be ‘fit ready’ for day to day tasks, thus improving quality of life and core stability. The session uses a wide variety of training techniques that improves cardio vascular fitness, muscular strength, balance, agility and coordination.
