Two different classes in one. The smaller component is a Body Awareness Program which works on the deep core stability muscles to reduce back pain, improve posture, strengthen weak areas and increases mobility of the joints. WHILST A B T is A Total Body Shaping and Muscle Conditioning Workout, focusing intensely on hips, butts, thighs, back and abs (tums), using rubberised bands, V-toners, and hand weights. There is NO RUNNING OR JUMPING, SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE.
