Membership

Have a question about your membership?

Your Membership includes the Gym, Cardio Theatre, Group Fitness Classes, Parking, Spa, Sauna, Steamroom.

We Sure Do! As long as you’re currently in High School and present your current valid Student ID Card.

Next time you’re in, Just see our friendly staff at reception and they’ll fix it all up!

You sure can. As long as you have an Upfront Membership of either 3, 6, or 12 Months you can put it on hold for a minimum of 14 days to a maximum of 90 days per membership. It costs $15 per request for timehold.

Gym

Not quite sure about something?

Of Course! If you have a friend or relative visiting that would like to have a session with you, there’s a nominal fee of $18 per visit, or $15 as a High School Student. They’ll be able to access the same facilities as you.

Absolutely. You need a towel to dry off and wipe down the equipment before and after you use it.

Your membership gives you access to the lockers. Just bring your membership card to reception, and we’ll exchange it for a locker key. There is not cost to use the lockers. Lost Keys will incur a  replacement fee. While we take care to ensure the security of our lockers, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged through theft or misplacement.

Check with staff at reception as soon as possible to check if someone has handed the item in. However we can’t be held responsible for mislaid items.

If you still can’t find it after waiting a few days. Just tell staff at reception and they’ll issue a new one for a nominal fee.

We Do! Everytime you come in please see staff at reception with your fitness passport card.

Cancellations

We'd hate to see you go, but we understand life gets in the way sometimes.

There is no need to cancel. The membership will end on its expiry date.

If you are on our On Going Pass and it has been less than your minimum term. You can cancel your membership during the minimum term by visiting staff at reception and you pay your membership out (That is, pay for the remaining time until your term would be completed). Please note 4 weeks notice is required.

Recovery Room

A toast to a warm bubbly paradise. Without getting on a plane.

Appropriate swimwear is required to use the Recovery Room.
Underwear is not permitted at any time.

A shower before entering the spa/sauna/steamroom helps remove sweat, body oils, cosmetics, and other materials that may be present on the body.

A quick shower goes a long way in reducing the ‘yuck factor’ and helping hygiene for everyone sharing the facilities with you.

A shower is also required when changing between spa/sauna/steamroom.

It is recommended to only use each for no more than 15 minutes at a time due to the dangers of heat stress.

No. At not point is anyone permitted to use any oils/extracts/essences in the spa/sauna/steamroom area due to the high fire risk they present. Any persons found in possession of, or using it in the area will be immediately asked to leave.

Squash

Ready to play?

Bookings can be made by visiting bookings.squashlands.com.au. Please note all court bookings require payment before booking is finalised.

Usually two people play at a time per court. However you can bring a group and take turns playing on the one court. You could also book more than one court.

The Squashlands Liverpool Metro Squash Club is part of Squash NSW and competes in seasonal comps. See staff at reception for further details.

We have racquets available for hire for a small fee. We also have a range of quality Karakal racquets available for purchase in the centre or online at squashlandsonline.com.au.

Training

Looking to get fit?

We recommend you seek approval from your registered health care professional before undertaking in any strenuous physical activity.
Once you have approval we have Qualified and Experienced personal trainers that can guide you on your fitness journey.

As injuries and illnesses are all unique, we advise you to consult with and obtain approval from your registered health care professional before using our facilities.
Individuals with contagious infections are not permitted to enter the spa/sauna/steamroom.

You definitely don’t need to be fit before you join, however we advise you to consult with and obtain approval from your registered health care professional before using our facilities.

Whilst we have had many pregnant members train with us over the years. We advise you to consult with and obtain approval from your registered health care professional before using our facilities.

Everyone has unique circumstances, that can be best identified by a trained personal trainer.
